The Farm Office helps farmers and agribusiness all over New Zealand by taking care of their farm/rural accounts and payroll. We are your virtual farm office where things magically happen on time, every time. We understand how farming works and try to make things as easy as possible for you.
We are here to take time consuming tasks of your hands such as: your payroll and payday filing, loading invoices, checking invoices against statements, invoicing, coding and reconciling your bank accounts, do your GST return, create your cashflow budget and report progress against your budget to you and your bank. We can also help with fuel excise returns and RWT returns.

Our clients are all in the agricultural sector as that is where our passion is. We all have a connection with and interest in farming and most of us have farming experience.
We have a wide range of clients that make our work interesting and challenging; dairy farmers, sharemilkers and contract milkers, sheep, beef & deer stations, orchards, spraying contractors, a wool buyer, a farm consultant and some other interesting sidelines run by our clients.
Our mission is to bring the joy back to farming by taking care of the farm office tasks that are not your passion or expertise, so you can concentrate on running your farm or your business.
When you need help, you decide what you most want help with: we can load and pay your bills, create your invoices, do your GST returns, your payroll, your annual cashflow budgets (and report against them to you and/or the bank), we do resident withholding tax returns, fuel excise tax returns, communicate with your accountant and even your banker. You decide which things you would rather have done for you and we will make it happen.
We will check in with you on a regular basis to see how your farm or business is going and how you are coping with the demands of your farm or business. We will remind you if something needs your input and it has slipped your mind and make sure we meet all filing deadlines.
