Coding, reconciling and GST returns

- Loading documentation in either Farm Focus or Xero

Payroll, payday filing and PAYE

Full payroll services, including set up and conversion of payroll software.Â
We use Crystal Payroll, a New Zealand company that provides excellent support and flexibility, so far we haven't met a situation we could not accommodate, including piece work and time-banking.
- Payroll processing (weekly/fortnightly/4 weekly/monthly) with payday filing.
- Crystal has a timesheet app, where the staff can record their hours and leave. You or a manager can approve the timesheets before the payroll is processed.
- PAYE to pay reported monthly (can be paid through the software).
Invoicing and bill payments
Accounts payable and receivable
We can manage your bills and invoicing. We load bills in your software and send you payment files once invoices have been matched to statements.

I'm Evelien Baas
After graduating from Wageningen University with a MSc in Animal Husbandry, I worked in a multinational animal feed company and a company making software for farm advisors.
My partner and I moved to New Zealand in 2000, initially working on a 1200 cow dairy farm. In 2001, I started my business to meet the demand for software training (accounting and payroll) and general computer training among my farming friends.
The software training evolved into bookkeeping services over the years, following a couple of years as the bookkeeper, payroll, and HR person for our dairy equity partnership. Â
Now I apply what I've learned to help people like you reduce stress and increase mental freedom. Once you spend less time doing the nitty gritty, you have more time for the big picture work your farm or business needs to thrive.
